Your mission
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will:
Own your accounts and make an impact. Take full ownership of medium to large enterprise customers, owning renewals and expansions.
Be a trusted advisor. Partner with senior management to understand their business priorities, define roll-out plans, and ensure Archlet delivers measurable value.
Enable success at every level. Lead onboarding sessions, support high-touch RFPs in complex, high spend categories and empower users to get the most from our platform.
Champion your customers internally. Translate their feedback into actionable insights for our Product and Engineering team, influencing the evolution of Archlet.
Collaborate strategically. Work hand-in-hand with customers on product adoption, sourcing excellence, and innovation, often with CPO-level attention.
Drive long-term value. Help your customers succeed in complex sourcing projects while building strong, lasting relationships that fuel Archlet’s growth.
